Climb Longs Peak



On Saturday August 23rd Flatirons Crossfit and MBS CrossFit are teaming up for the Workout of the Day - Climb Longs Peak for time. Everyone is welcome to participate so come and join us. There is even some talk about doing a kettlebell workout at the summit.(I'm not sure what kind of an idiot would suggest such a thing, but anyways) Longs Peak is about a 15 mile summit to 14,000 ft plus. It takes about 12 hours to complete round trip. The climb is no "Fran" but a great workout none the less. Plan to start climbing at 4:00am. Email or call Tim for a head count or more information
